How do I order?
Simple. Fill out the sheet provided, and upload your mp3, written copy, and pics utilizing our
dedicated ftp. We'll get back to you within 24 hours and go over your order personally.
How long will it take before I get My Next Demo?
Right now due to the high demand it should take about 5- 7 working days.
What do I need to know when ordering?
First and foremost make sure you check all spelling, url's, and any info we are going to put into
graphics. We can only do what you send us, so check it…a lot.
Can you put my highlights in the graphics?
Yes, let us know if you have any specific jobs you've done, or if you are "the voice of" someone,
have a catch phrase, are described in a certain way. We want you to be represented for who you are, and what
you do.
Can I make suggestions on the look I want?
Yes, when we do your personal interview we will find out all the specifics on how you want your
video to look.
What if I don't like it?
We will do whatever we can to satisfy you. We have a great team on top professionals who care
about your work as much as you do. We will get you what you want.
How do I pay?
We require a 50% non-refundable deposit "after" we have talked and set up your order to your liking.
The balance is due when you receive your product. We accept PayPal and most major credit cards, or money orders.
Why is my product watermarked?
We watermark all "products in progress" until final payment is received then we will issue you a
final, usable copy.
What formats are available?
We have all formats available. Once finalized, we will send you 2 videos, a wmv, avi, quicktime, etc.,
and a flash video for your web site.
Can I get an audio demo only?
Yes, we have a full staff of audio professionals to assist you.

I don't see a phone number, what if I need to talk to someone?
When you place your request for an order, or need info, we will respond within 24 hours with a phone call,
or e-mail if you prefer, and answer any questions you might have. We also, utilize Skype and most messenger systems like
Yahoo, MSN etc., so we can communicate that way of you prefer.
